ANDREW COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Joseph driver was jailed on numerous allegations, shortly after noon yesterday, in Andrew County.

According to the Drug-arrestarrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Billy A. Cluck, 55, is being held for 24 hours for alleged felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a county jail, was well as no insurance, operating a commercial vehicle without a seat belt, failing to display valid plates and willfully resisting a law enforcement officer.

Formal charges on Cluck are expected to be filed this morning.
