BENTON COUNTY, Mo. – A Warsaw man remains in custody after a rear end collision in Benton County Thursday night.

The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested Terry Wade, 44, of Warsaw, after his vehicle struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Jacqueline Denny, 31, of Warsaw. Wade is on a 24 hour hold at the county jail for allegations of felony driving while intoxicated, felony leaving the scene of a crash, assault second degree, kidnapping third degree, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, no insurance and not wearing a seat belt. Denny received minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Bothwell Hospital for treatment.

The crash occurred on southbound Highway 65, just North of Route HH around 7:10 p.m. last night.
