BUCHANAN COUNTY, Mo. – A Kansas City driver remains in custody today, for traffic and drug allegations in Buchanan County.
According to the arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, James L. Farnsworht, 35, was stopped for failing to display proper license plates. He was then found to be driving without a valid drivers license and displaying unlawful placard. When he was taken into custody, Farnsworht was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine.
He remains in custody on a 24 hour investigative hold.
