Two Boonville teens were arrested this weekend on drug charges in Cooper County.  Jami D  Mckinney,19, charged with  possession of marijuana  and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.   Chad M Kennedy,18, was charged for felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Both are being held in Cooper County Jail awaiting bond.
