MONITEAU COUNTY, Mo. – The Moniteau County Associate Circuit Judge withdrew a warrant in a drug case yesterday morning.

The warrant was issued in October for Drew C. Puckett, 28, of Eugene, Missouri, after he failed to submit to a urinalysis ordered as a condition of his bond. At the case review Tuesday morning, the attorney for Pucket waived a preliminary hearing for his client. Pucket was ordered bound over for arraignment in Circuit Court at 9:00 a.m. on December 1, 2017.

Puckett was charged in June of 2017, with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
