GRUNDY COUNTY, Mo. — A Galt man is facing felony drug charges in Grundy County.
According to a probable cause statement filed Tuesday, Patrick Lynn Stephens, 46 was arrested on an outstanding warrant at a residence in Grundy County on Tuesday, November 20.
During the arrest, he was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance and a firearm.
Law enforcement officers logged nearly 11 grams of a white crystalline substance, which later tested positive as methamphetamine, into evidence as well as a loaded 9 millimeter pistol.
Stephens is formally charged with felonies for delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana as well as unlawful use of a weapon – subsection 11.
A warrant was issued for his arrest Tuesday, with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
