RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Cowgill driver has been charged after being arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Ray County Friday.
The arrest report says Ralph D. Offield, 42, was taken into custody around 10:30 yesterday morning and placed on a 24 hour hold. Friday afternoon, Offield was charged for felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, driving while revoked and misdemeanor counts of no insurance and exceeding the posted speed limit.
Bond is set at $25,000 cash only and no court date has been scheduled yet.
