LINN COUNTY, Mo. — A Brookfield resident is held on $100,000 bond on drug trafficking charges in Linn County.
An investigation by the North Missouri Drug Task Force led to charges for Tammy Lundy, 42 after Lundy allegedly sold methamphetamine to a confidential informant on three separate occasions.
Investigators obtained a warrant to search Lundy’s residence, located in the 300 block of East Clark Street in Brookfield.
Officers served the warrant around 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 and uncovered cash, drugs and drug paraphernalia. Among the items seized was marijuana, methamphetamine, pills and hypodermic needles.
A probable cause statement filed in Linn County also alleges that Lundy’s residence is located less than 750 feet from Joyce Park.
She is charged with three felony counts of distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location and two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana as well as three other misdemeanor charges.
Lundy is currently behind bars with bond set at $100,000, cash or ten-percent surety allowed. She will go before a judge for arraignment at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
