In an indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Kansas City, eight St. Joseph Missouri residents were accused of involvement in a conspiracy to distribute over 25 kilograms of methamphetamine. James Michael Watts, 24, Alan Curtis Mace, 33, Robert R. Atkinson,37, Jason Scott Valentine, 33, Walter James Kerns, 37, Courtney W. Martin, 32, Daryl Ray Watts, 40, and Kevin Martin Crossfield, 52, all of St. Joseph were indicted.
Also indicted were Eric Scott Graham, 33, of Savanah Mo. , Jack Daniel Loos, 35, and Mark Alan Edmundson, Jr., 40, both of Knsas City, Mo.
A forfeiture allegation would require all defendants to surrender all proceeds gained from meth distribution, in addition to $1,059,600.
