A driver and passenger were injured in Harrison County Thursday afternoon, due to a brake malfunction. According to the patrol report, Frances Stagner, 32, of Gallatin was Eastbound on Route H Northwest of Gilman City, when the emergency brake was accidently activated. The vehicle spun out of control and went off the roadway into a ditch, then came back onto the roadway where it came to rest. Stagner and her passenger, Noah McCrary, 22, of Gilman City received moderate injuries and were transported to Harrison County Hospital.
