UPDATE: 06/11/2018, 11:46 a.m. — Authorities in Randolph County said in a news release Monday morning that Lisa Ross, 42 was located safe Monday in Monroe County.
Ross had been reported missing after she had not been seen since early Sunday afternoon.
Moberly Police said that Ross was found safely in Monroe County by Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers with assistance from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Further details were not immediately available.
MOBERLY, Mo. — Police in Moberly and the Missouri Highway Patrol have issued an endangered person advisory for a woman who has not been seen since Sunday afternoon.
According to a news release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Lisa Ross, 42 was last seen around 1:00 p.m. Sunday traveling in a gold Chrysler passenger car.
Ross reportedly has a protection order against Stephen J. Thorp, 55 who is currently released on parole for a second degree murder conviction.
Ross is a white female, standing 5′ 9″ tall, weighing about 135 lbs., with blonde hair and brown eyes.
She reportedly has a cherry tattoo on her lower back and was last observed wearing a light blue tie-dye tank top and white shorts.
Thorp is a white male, about 5′ 7″ tall, weighing roughly 180 lbs. He is bald with brown eyes.
