A woman missing from the Warsaw are since Saturday has not yet been found.  Hellen Erlene Cook, 72, is described as a white female, five feet tall and 97 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.  She was last seen wearing blue jean shorts, a white t-shirt, tennis shoes, and carrying boots and a walking stick.

Cook suffers from Alzheimer.  She is known to frequent McDonald’s and Wal-mart stores.  Cook may have headed toward Buckner.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at Walnut Grove Road, Warsaw at 12:00 P.M. on 07/13/2013.

Missing Is:
Hellen Erlene Cook a white, female, age 72

The endangered missing person:
Hellen Erlene Cook, is a white, female, age 72, hgt 5’00”, 97 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing white t-shirt, blue jean shorts, tennis shoes carrying boots and a walking stick.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:Cook suffers from Alzheimer. Cook frequents McDonald’s Restaurants and Wal-Mart. Cook may be en route to Buckner, MO where she lives.
