CLARK, MO – A vehicle accident near Clark, one quarter mile past Route B in Randolph County was reportedly caused by equipment malfunction.

Highway Patrol was at the scene on 63 Highway southbound, where Phillip Dysert, 44, of Moberly, was found with minor injuries. A tire on the passenger, rear side of the vehicle ruptured, causing the vehicle to slide into a road sign, and come to rest in the median.

Dysert was taken to Moberly Regional Hospital in Moberly with minor injuries.
