arrestCOLE COUNTY, Mo. – A Eugene, Missouri resident, Phillip W. Rhodes, 23, was taken into custody in Cole County, Sunday, November 29, 2015, at 10:27 a.m.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report, Rhodes was wanted for several outstanding warrants, including a felony Cole County warrant for larceny. Rhodes also has several misdemeanor warrants from Miller County for charges including, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance, driving while revoked, and failure to register a motor vehicle. Rhodes also had a misdemeanor warrant out of the Jefferson City Police Department for speeding.

Rhodes was transported to the Cole County Jail where he currently remains awaiting bond.
