ADAIR COUNTY, Mo. — A man from Excello is facing felony drug charges in Adair County.

 

Officers observed a car partially parked in a roadway with Raymond A. Treon sleeping at the wheel. A probable cause statement alleges Treon was holding onto money when he was found sleeping.

Law enforcement awoke Treon who then could not provide a drivers license. A consented search of the vehicle found approximately 115 grams of methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia.

Treon is formally charged with felony trafficking drugs in the second degree and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Treon is currently in custody on $75,000 cash only bond.
