RAY COUNTY, Mo. – An Excelsior Springs driver remains in custody for drug allegations in Ray County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol stopped Raymond Kirtley, 46, just before 10:00 Saturday night for failing to register a motor vehicle. During the stop, it was alleged that Kirtley was found to be in felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well as uninsured.
Kirtley was transported to the Ray County Jail and placed on a 24 hour investigative hold.
