The family of a Bosworth teen who went missing Wednesday morning is thanking the community for his safe return. Click to hear KMZU’s Sarah Scott speak with uncle Robert Corf:
Jonathan Kiene, 19, went missing early Wednesday morning. He was found, unharmed, near Avalon at about 10:30 that night.
“From the family, we would like to put a thank you out to everyone of the lawn enforcement of Carroll and Livingston County. Mark Warren’s father, Larry Warren…for using his airplane to help in the search. And all the volunteer firefighters that helped along. The overwhelming response of the people up the area, out by Hale,” said Corf. “The family is so grateful that we were able to find him last night before all this bad weather sets in. And we just want to say thank you very much. We come from a good community.”
Corf said the teen has been quiet, but seems to be all right.
