SALINE COUNTY, Mo. – A Marshall man is serving 120 days shock incarceration after pleading guilty to child endangerment in Saline County on January 22, 2018.

Michael Scott Garrison, 28, could be placed on supervised probation instead of serving a four year sentence if he received a favorable report on his first 120 days in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Garrison was arrested for Child Endangerment in the First Degree, creating substantial risk, in August of 2017.

Garrison was accused of choking his six year old daughter as a punishment for unruly behavior.
