FAYETTE, Mo. — A city administrator has been fired in Fayette.
The Fayette Board of Aldermen voted to terminate Robin Triplett Tuesday night.
Robin Triplett admitted fault in the city’s failure to file the 2018 financial report with the state of Missouri, which cost the city over $150,000. She was employed for more than 30 years and served as city administrator for 16 years since 2004.
Duties relegated to her position are now assigned to other staff. The city will begin looking for a temporary fill-in before a permanent hire can be found.
