RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A Texas resident is facing a felony after he was arrested in Ray County Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The report states Alex Milligan, 23, of Richmond, Texas, was arrested just after 1 p.m. Tuesday.
He was preliminarily charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. In addition, he faces allegations of misdemeanor speeding and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Milligan was taken to Ray County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold. Formal charges are currently pending.
