A Braymer resident was arrested just before 11 p.m. Thursday in Ray County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Timothy Skinner, 27, was pulled over for a license plate violation. During the stop the officer learned that Skinner was wanted on a felony warrant out of Caldwell County, and another out of Livingston County.

There was also an arrest warrant issued in Cass County. Skinner was taken into custody and was also charged with no proof of insurance.

He was transported to the Ray County Jail to be held without bond.
