The University of Missouri Extension is offering a food preservation workshop on Tuesday, June 21 at the Lafayette County Extension Center in Higginsville.

Johnson says this will focus on a few different ways to preserve your foods.

The registration deadline is June 14 and there is a fee of 15 dollars.
