COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) – A 44-year-old former principal of a Moberly Christian school has been indicted on a charge of kidnapping a 16-year-old girl. James Wilson, who is also a former pastor, is scheduled to be arranged in Randolph County court Thursday. Court records indicate Wilson was indicted on the kidnapping charge Dec. 16. Wilson, former principal of Terrill Road Christian Academy in Moberly, is accused of kidnapping a 16-year-old girl from the school and taking her to a Columbia hotel in May 2008. Wilson was acquitted of child molestation in 2009. Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney Mike Fusselman dropped a kidnapping charge in November 2009, but the kidnapping charge was filed again in March and resulted in the December indictment.
