Four men were arrested over the weekend in Richmond on charges of possession of marijuana, in two separate incidents. On Saturday, a 31-year old Hardin man was arrested for possession, disorderly conduct, and property damage. His case is being reviewed by the city prosecutor. Then on Sunday, a 30-year old and a 26-year old both from Richmond, along with a 29-year old from Lexington, were arrested on felony charges of possession of marijuana. That case has been forwarded to the Ray County Prosecutor’s office for review.
