SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Three more defendants have pleaded guilty in a federal tax fraud conspiracy case.

According to the Justice Department, justice-department-gaveldefendant Jeanette R. Dunn, 48, of Arkansas, formerly of Springfield Mo., pleaded guilty Wednesday, August 12, 2015, to two counts of making false tax claims. Co-defendant Asia Michelle Couchman, 26, of Oak Grove pleaded guilty to one count of filing a false claim Tuesday, August 11, 2015, and  co-defendant Delbert L. Allen, 37, of Pleasant Hope Mo., formerly Springfield Mo., pleaded guilty on Monday, August 10, 2015, to two counts of making false tax claims.

Another defendant, Cherie Christine Dupuis, 43, of Springfield, pleaded guilty on July 21, 2015, to leading the fraudulent tax return preparation conspiracy. the scheme claimed nearly $340,000 in fraudulent tax refunds from the IRS.
