KANSAS CITY, Mo – A federal case against four St. Joseph residents is proceeding as an indictment against owners and employees of Homeward Bound health Services, Inc.
Charges against Dinorah Stoll-Weaver, 48, and three family members. Allegedly, false statements were made on tax returns, resulting in the withholding of over 1.5 million dollars owed to the IRS, including payroll taxes, Social Security, and Medicare.
Others named in the indictment are, Dawn Langlais, 58, Thad Weaver, 45, and Jennifer Sturgis, 37.
The home health provider, who’s name was changed to Silver Linings in 2010 was in operation from 2001 to 2012.
