Press Release from the Fort Osage School District

The Fort Osage School District is seeking parents, community members and district employees willing to help design a new Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) for 2012-2017. Beginning in late February, a CSIP Team, consisting of approximately forty members, will develop the student-focused plan for the district.

Fort Osage relies on input from parents and other community members to help set goals and make continuous improvement for our students. Any district resident, parent, or employee is eligible to participate in the process.

In preparation for the 2012-2017 Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, parents, employees and other community members are needed to serve on the team. The CSIP Team will meet from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on: February 21, February 27, March 1 , and March 6.

In addition to these dates, members may be asked to meet additional times this spring to plan more specific goals and strategies in identified areas.
