All funds raised at this 5th annual soup and chili luncheon will go to support this amazing memorial garden.  “Our daughter Gabriella was born six years ago,” said Duffett, “She had Tresemme 18 which is a genetic disorder where most babies aren’t expected to make it to birth and if they do, most die before their first year.  We got to enjoy Gabriella for 55 days.  After that we thought we would like to do some sort of memorial for her.  It’s been a very slow process but we’re getting closer every year.”

The folks at Gabriella’s Garden are making lunch easy for your Saturday.  “We will have homemade chicken noodle soup, with homemade noodles, which is always a big hit,” Duffett said, “As well as chili and we do deliver here in Richmond.  We’ve also been selling the memorial bricks and we will be selling those again at the chili luncheon if anyone would like to order one in memory of a loved one.  There’s also honorary bricks if someone would just like to make a donation and have their family’s name on a brick.”
