A Gallatin man is facing numerous charges following a crash early Tuesday morning in Daviess County.  Investigators with the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Timothy Thomas, 47, was northbound on Highway 13, near Jameson, when he began to slide on the snow-covered roadway.  He traveled off the road and struck an embankment.  Thomas was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.  Charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, felony possession of a firearm, careless and imprudent driving, and a seat belt violation are pending.
