CLINTON COUNTY, Mo. – A Gallatin teen was released on a recognizance bond yesterday, for drug and traffic charges filed in Clinton County.
Earl Y. McAfee, 18, was arrested by Cameron Police after a traffic stop for failing to register a vehicle on January 25th. During the stop, officer also accused McAfee of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.
McAfee has applied for a public defender to represent him at the March 27th formal arraignment.
