Gov. Jay Nixon will survey flood conditions in several communities along the Missouri River and meet with local officials to discuss preparations for rising water. Joined by Maj. Gen. Stephen Danner, the adjutant general of Missouri, Gov. Nixon will outline steps the Missouri National Guard is taking to ensure that Missourians are prepared and ready for significant flooding across the state. Gov. Nixon and Maj. Gen.
