NODAWAY COUNTY, Mo. — A law clerk from the federal court in Kansas City has been appointed at the new Prosecuting Attorney in Nodaway County.
Caleb Phillips has been serving as clerk to federal Judge Roseann Ketchmark since June 2018. Phillips has also served as law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Zel M. Fisher and as an intern to Appellate Judge David F. Hamilton of the Seventh Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals. Governor Mike Parson appointed Phillips to the office formerly held by Robert Rice, who has been appointed as Associate Circuit Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
