A Richmond resident pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.  Judge David H. Miller accepted a plea bargain between Joshua Bingham, 35, and Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Danielle Rogers.

Bingham and several others were arrested in March 2012 following a raid of home in the 300 block of Crest View Drive in Richmond. Authorities reported finding more than seven grams of methamphetamine in the home.  He was ordered to serve 16 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on the first count and 7 years on the second charge.  Judge Miller requested that the sentences run concurrently.
