A Moberly man arrested in June on allegations of child pornography promotion entered a plea of guilty in a Boone County Courtroom Tuesday.

Adam Wesley Imhoff, 28, was the subject of an investigation that began when a Cyber Crimes Task Force investigator found a computer based in mid Missouri that was allowing the download of child porn photos. A search warrant was executed at a residence in the 400 block of Roberts Street. Two computers were seized. Allegedly on the hard drives, were about 248 photographs and 31 videos depicting the sexual molestation of children, some believed to be as young as 4 years of age.

Imhoff admitted to the charge of promoting child pornography. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
