A trial setting turned into a plea agreement for an Arkansas man Wednesday in Saline County.

Matthew Wyatt, 19, entered a plea of guilty to second degree child molestation for having sex with a 15-year-old in April.

According to the probable cause statement, Wyatt had taken prescription pills and cannot remember having intercourse with his sister’s friend.  The incident allegedly took place at a home on Route C in Saline County on April 8th.

Wyatt was given a suspended imposition of sentence and placed on two years of supervised probation by Judge James Bellamy.
