HENRY COUNTY, Mo. – A driver from Rockville, Missouri, was jailed after a traffic stop in Henry County late Thursday night.

The Missouri Highway Patrol arrest report says Jeffrey S. Stephens, 33, was taken into custody around 11:45 p.m., after being stopped for failing to display proper plates. The report alleges Stephens was in felony possession of a firearm, felony theft of a firearm, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well as no insurance.

Stephens was being held until he could post bond at the allegations.
