MERCER COUNTY, Mo. – A Princeton driver received minor injuries during a collision in Mercer County just after noon Wednesday.

The Missouri Highway Patrol crash report says Mallorye Birge, 20, was injured when her vehicle was hit head on at a blind curve on Elk Road, four miles West of Princeton. The other driver, James Lunde, 69, of Princeton, crossed the center of the roadway into eastbound traffic to cause the crash.

Birge was taken by private vehicle to Harrison County Community Hospital for treatment.
