RAY COUNTY, MO – A crash Sunday morning injured several occupants in Ray County.
A Highway Patrol crash report lists moderate injuries for the driver of a passenger vehicle, Gerald Harris, 27, of Kansas City. The vehicle was reportedly struck head-on by a second vehicle that crossed the center line traveling west on 10 Highway near Linda Road. The collision was with another driver from Denver, Co, Homer Moore, who was hospitalized with serious injuries. Other passengers from Excelsior Springs and Rayville, David Parson and William Scott, were also sent to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.
Moore was informally charged with driving while intoxicated causing physical injury.
