A Hardin teen will appear in a Ray County courtroom Tuesday morning for a pre-emptory docket hearing.

Michael Boydston, 18, faces two counts of forcible sodomy stemming from several incidents in the Hardin-Central boy’s locker room in 2011.

Two other defendants, Jeffrey Ellis and Randy Estenbaum, pleaded to lesser charges earlier this year in exchange for their testimony against Boydston.

Boydston’s case will be heard by Judge James Thompson beginning at 9:30 a.m.
