A Richmond woman who was found guilty of child endangerment returned to a Ray County courtroom this week. Traci Seek, 30, is accused of violating the terms of her probation. Seek and her husband, Joshua, 27, were convicted by a jury in December 2011 on four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to court records, two-year-old twin boys were removed from their home in November 2010 after police and caseworkers found “unsafe” conditions. They were each sentenced to five years probation.

Judge David Miller noted on Monday that the alleged violations by Traci were serious, but he said he would allow her to remain on probation. She will have to perform 150 hours of community service and serve 15 days shock incarceration prior to the 15th of August.
