LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mo. – A preliminary hearing setting was continued yesterday, to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2, for Lori Marie Herrity, 41, of Chillicothe.

Herrity was being arrested at her home March 7, for a parole violation, when officers allegedly found a pipe that contained meth residue in the home. Although Herrity said the pipe was not hers, she was charged ini Livingston County with felony possession of a controlled substance.

Herrity is currently in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections on the parole violation.
