The De Witt man who allegedly went to a woman’s home with a tazer and threatened to kill her is due in court Wednesday morning. Arthur Baxley Junior, 31, has been charged with two counts of kidnapping, armed criminal action, and second-degree domestic assault.
A hearing is also being held Wednesday for Matthew Poindexter, 25, of Carrollton. He’s accused of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
The case against a Saline County Sheriff’s Deputy continues Wednesday as well. Bradley O’Neal, 44, was charged in mid-September with third degree domestic assault. Reports allege O’Neal hit his wife multiple times and fled the scene before officers arrived.
Meanwhile, one of the three people arrested in Saline County following a search of a home in the 300 block of South Jefferson Street is due back in court. Osceola Herron, 33, of Marshall, was charged in late-August with one count of theft.
All cases start at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.
