CHILLICOTHE — Uninsured or underinsured students who live in Livingston County are getting a boost in healthcare. Hedrick Medical Center Foundation is now offering free care to students — kindergarten through 12th grades. Lindy Chapman of the Hedrick Medical Center Foundation tells us more.
