HENRY COUNTY, Mo. – A setting preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place today, for a former softball coach accused of molesting players in Henry County.
The case has already been postponed several times for Christopher A. Hidy, 43, of Windsor. Hidy is charged with four counts of statutory sodomy or attempted sodomy, two counts of child molestation and one count of attempted tampering with a victim in a felony prosecution. Three players under the age of 14 came forward in July of 2018, to accuse Hidy of inappropriate touching.
The hearing begins at 10:30 a.m. this morning.
