HENRY COUNTY, Mo. — Three suspects were detained following a vehicle stop in Henry County early Sunday morning.

According to a news release from Henry County Sheriff Kent Oberkrom, the traffic stop occurred in Windsor around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 6. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, a deputy allegedly found two firearms, one which had its serial number removed, approximately one pound of marijuana and multiple other opiate-based drugs.

Dallas Sizemore, 23, of Leeton; Ross Kellerman, 19, of Independence; and Bethany Hamline, 24, of Windsor, were arrested on allegations of felony distribution of barbiturates and marijuana. Kellerman was also preliminarily charged with felony possession of a defaced firearm and Hamline is accused of a single felony for alleged unlawful possession of a firearm.

All three were taken to the Henry County Jail to be held for investigation and were released early this week. Formal charges are currently pending in a Henry County courtroom.
