RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — A resident of Higbee found himself behind bars amid felony accusations related to identity theft.

Shortly after 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Zachary Skaggs, 20 was arrested in Randolph County. Preliminarily, he was charged with felony forgery and misdemeanor identity theft, in addition to driving without a seatbelt or valid plates displayed.

Skaggs was transported to Randolph County Jail, where he was listed as bondable.
