UPDATE: 9/29/2020, 12 p.m.  — A trial setting is now set for Nov. 1 at 1:30 p.m. Page entered a not guilty plea for the charges at an initial arraignment Monday morning. Page is held with no bond.


HOLDEN, MO – Law enforcement fears a Holden resident was the victim of homicide late Saturday.

Johnson County deputies say, Sabrina Page, 29, was found deceased from a gunshot wound overnight, after receiving reports of gunshots at the 1100 block of southwest Route U.

The Sheriff’s office says, nine charges were filed Sunday against Daniel Page, 30, of Holden, including 2nd degree murder, unlawful weapons use, and child endangerment. Initial arraignment was this morning in Johnson County Court.

A warrant orders Page be detained until trial. Future hearings have not been set.
