Holden resident injured after crash in Jackson County
JACKSON COUNTY, Mo. — One person is injured after a two vehicle accident this morning in Jackson County.
According to an online crash report by the Missouri Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by Douglas E. Smithson, 51, of Holden was traveling westbound on US 50 when he struck a towed unit of Michael J. Gray, 46, of Pleasant Hill.
Smithson was listed with serious injuries and was transported to Research Medical Hospital for treatment.
