A Missouri House committee investigating Moberly’s Mamtek situation has moved its initial hearing back one day.  The House Interim Committee on Government Oversight and Accountability now plans to hold hearings Tuesday and Wednesday. Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation President Corey Mehaffy and other officials will testify before the committee on tomorrow (Tue) morning at nine.  Missouri Department of Economic Development Director David Kerr will testify before the House committee on Wednesday. The Senate Governmental Accountability Committee is expected to hold additional hearings in December.

Legislative hearings into the failed Mamtek factory project in Moberly will be held over two days next week and will begin with testimony from officials who played key roles in crafting the city’s incentive package.
