Hy-Vee has issued a recall for Hy-Vee Summer Fresh Pasta Salad, that is sold in it’s stores’ kitchen department cold cases and salad bars. The recall was issued after Hy-Vee was notified that the frozen vegetables used to make the ready-to-eat pasta, were potentially contaminated with Listeria. The frozen vegetables were produced by Inventure Foods, of Jefferson Georgia. If you purchased Summer Fresh Pasta Salad between April 9th and April 27th, return it for a refund or dispose of it immediately.
